Welcome to Sylvakru (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). The Application strictly adheres to a "Zero Data Collection" principle and is fully committed to respecting and protecting user privacy.

This Privacy Policy is designed to clearly explain how the Application handles data when used to play music and connect to network storage.

1. Data Collection and Processing (Zero Collection)

• Local Audio Playback: The Application provides local music playback features. When audio files are imported or played from the local device, the Application only reads and decodes the audio locally. The Application does not collect, upload, or share any audio files, playlists, or playback history.
• Private Cloud & Streaming Connection (WebDAV, Navidrome, Emby): The Application allows users to configure and connect to their own WebDAV, Navidrome, or Emby servers.
  The server addresses, usernames, and passwords entered by users are stored exclusively on the user's local device (where passwords are encrypted, and temporary credentials like Tokens are not stored). The Application does not maintain or rely on any centralized servers, and there is absolutely no means to access, view, or collect these server credentials or music library data. The ownership and control of the data remain entirely with the user.
• No Account Registration Required: There is no requirement to register or log into any dedicated account to use the Application. It can be used immediately upon download. Therefore, the Application does not collect any personally identifiable information, such as phone numbers or email addresses.

2. Device Permissions and Usage

To provide the core media player functionalities, the Application may request the following device permissions when necessary. All permissions are used solely during local execution:

• Media and File Access (Storage Permission): Required to read and manage music files stored on the local device.
• Network Access: Required to connect to the specified private servers or streaming services when using WebDAV, Navidrome, or Emby features.
• Background Audio Playback: Required to continue playing music in the background when the screen is locked or when switching to other applications.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Application does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs that track user behavior or collect device identifiers (such as IMEI, IDFA, etc.).

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
